- NO modifications which include but not limited to improvements, remakes based on the original, use of content in your own content, and PUBLICLY displaying modifications are to be made to the following content without permission from the author FIRST. DO NOT DO IT AFTER YOU HAVE MODIFIED IT.
- NO redistribution or hosting of the files elsewhere, unless authorized by the author and BVEStation administration FIRST.
- NO indexing every download at once. This slows down download speeds for other users, DONT DO IT.
- NO Hotlinking to files on BVEStation, link to the specific download page, (to be safe just link to the BVEStation site itself, as BVEStation will go through renovations which will move things around,) NOT the file.
- NO commercial redistribution or selling of the content is allowed.
- NO passing off other people's work as your own
- ALWAYS Read the readme files, which are included in the downloads description, route, train, object directories. If you do not find one, you MUST inquire about it in the forums. You will find copyright/license information as well as installation instructions, and contact details. READ the README files.
- Your access to the BVEStation Downloads section without the need of a membership is a privilege NOT a right, and we will revoke that privilege if we feel that we have to.
- Screenshots or videos displaying the ORIGINAL unmodified material only is allowed.
Major violations of these rules is considered copyright infringement which is illegal, will NOT be tolerated under any circumstances and, will result in further inconviences to people who wish to download the files, halted development, and further punishments to the offender.
