Re: Notification of General Order - BKC Services Outage

To whom this may concern:
This is a notification - to all persons in the aforementioned as well as the public forum - that a general order regarding BKC hosted services will be put into effect.
The general order - starting at 10:00 PM on December 30, 2009 and ending on January 3, 2010 - will render the following services unavailable:
- BKC FTP Services for Route Devs
- BKC Terminal Services for Remote Administrators
- BKC Streaming Audio Services
This general order will be put in place to allow for the upgrade of BKCs server, which will address certain network functionality, resiliency, and security issues being caused by our current software. In the event that these services should come back online before the general order is expired, expect to experience intermittent outages.
